Terms of Service.

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Licht Kontor. The contract language is German.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Licht Kontor, Bremer Str. 9, 27749 Delmenhorst, Germany. You can contact our customer service for questions, complaints and complaints by email at: shop@licht-kontor.de.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while stocks last", unless otherwise noted for the products. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the 'Complete order' button in the final step of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

4.2 For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.90 per order. From an order value of 199.00 EUR, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Shipping to Austria costs a flat rate of EUR 18.00. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. There are no other taxes or costs.

5. Delivery

5.1 Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

5.2 On the article pages we indicate the delivery times based on current availability.

5.3 If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier in time, we will inform you.

6. Payment

6.1 You can choose to pay in advance, PayPal, cash on delivery, or cash when you pick up.

6.2 If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the confirmation of receipt and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

6.3 You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.

6.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.

8. Warranty

The warranty is subject to legal regulations. For information about any additional manufacturer guarantees, please refer to the product documentation.

Order process

When you have found the product you are looking for, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the 'Add to shopping cart' button. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'Show shopping cart' button. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the 'trash can' icon. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the 'Checkout' button. Please then enter your data in the window that opens. The mandatory information is marked with a *. No registration is required. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form. After entering your data, please check your entries again. You complete the ordering process by clicking the 'Complete order' button. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. You will find further information on the individual pages, e.g. on correction options.

data protection

We use the data you provide to fulfill and process your order. Your data will be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods (name, address, possibly telephone number to coordinate delivery dates). To process payments, we may pass on your payment details to our house bank. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties or used for advertising purposes. Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial regulations have expired.
